We currently have the capacity to process 1100 tons of grocery products per month, which includes all sorting, grading, and packing services. However, we plan to expand our operations and add 2000 tons of processing capacity by 2025. With this expansion, we aim to better serve our customers and meet the growing demand for high-quality grocery products.

3.Fumigation

Fumigation is done as per SOP.Raw materials or products designated for fumigation are isolated to prevent cross-contamination. Proper ventilation and

safety protocols are ensured

Using high-resolution printers to produce clear, durable labels that can withstand handling and environmental conditions.

5.Gyro Cleaning

This process includes mechanical cleaning on vibrio shifter and clearing of any dust and broken particles to get an even grading of grains. Manual cleaning removes broken and discoloured grains.

7.Packing

Packing with FFS machine and secondary packing manually or semi manually while weighing and sealing. Which is then put in master boxes and bags.

Using calibrated detectors at critical points in the production line to identify and reject products with metallic contaminants.
